Extended hours access clinics are available Saturdays between 08.30am – 11am
Telephone access
It’s easier to contact us via the contact form on the website. There is no telephone access after 6:30pm on any week day or during the weekend. Phone access is easiest between 1pm and 4pm each week day.
Out of hours
There is no phone access to the Practice between 6:30pm and 8am or over the weekends and bank holidays.
We do not usually open over the bank holidays – any alterations to this will be notified on our opening hours page and news items.
Minor illness or advice
Many community pharmacists provide minor ailment advice and the ‘morning-after pill’.
For health advice 24 hours a day, call NHS 111 by dialling 111 or visit NHS Health A-Z.
Urgent medical care
There is no phone access to the Practice after 6.30pm week days or over the weekend and Bank Holidays. When the practice is closed and you require urgent medical assistance please ring NHS 111 by dialling 111 from either your home phone or mobile.
Walk-in centres
There are three NHS Walk-in Centres in Manchester. These centres deal with minor illnesses and injuries and provide emergency contraception. No appointment is needed.

Manchester Royal Infirmary, Oxford Road Manchester M13 9WL Tel: 0161 276 5193 The Primary Care Emergency Centre (PCEC) is an NHS Walk-In Centre located next to the Accident and Emergency Department at Manchester Royal Infirmary. Monday to Friday: 08:30am – 10pm, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays: 10am -10pm.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
