The Get Help for a Medical Problem form is currently closed but the Practice is still OPEN until 18:30.

The Practice opening hours are 08:00 - 18:30 Monday to Friday.

Access to this form is available 07:00 - 10.00

If you have an URGENT medical problem that you think needs attention today then please call the practice on 0161 881 4545. If it is a life-threatening emergency, then please call 999.

Your query will be entered into the online form by our trained clinical administrative staff and passed on to one of the doctors to review, who will advise as to the best course of action to help.

If form is closed, and the clinical team assess your problem as urgent and needing same-day response, then they will respond with advice or an appointment.
If form is closed, and the clinical team assess your problem as non-urgent, you may be signposted to other services or advised to contact us again.

The form will reopen at 7am the next morning.
