Text are always anonymous. You don’t know if the text is from a doctor and if so, what doctor if it’s from a nurse, which nurse it is all very confusing for the patient as to whose care they are under. Also, it is rather arrogant that Chorlton Family Practice can text people the person receiving the text it’s not able to respond by texting back.
