Annette Struttman is an amazing person, she is a Focused Care worker at chorlton family practice,
She has helped and supported me a lot over the last year and a half. She has a lot of invaluable knowledge and insights into people struggling who need access to extra support. I was greatly saddened and shocked to find out her roll is coming to an end. I think that it's short sighted and a mistake to get rid of her roll as she does so much to support vulnerable people, that extra work load will either be absorbed by already overworked doctors or those said people will be lost in the system or fall though the net. Without Annette i wouldn't have had such a high quality of continuous support through very difficult moments and she helped me access other suport that i didn't know existed. Don't discontinue this vital service you need more people like Annette Struttman not less. Now there is literally Zero people doing what she does, at a time where more and more people are in desperate need of help.she is vital
