The Public Health England website is regularly updated with everything you need to know about Coronavirus. Please visit the government website for more information.
We understand that there are local shortages of Coronavirus testing kits and appointments. However, unfortunately, we have no access to Coronavirus testing via the Practice, so please use the link below to arrange one, rather than contacting the Practice.
If you have coronavirus symptoms
- a high temperature
- a new, continuous cough
- a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste
Then please visit www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test to organise a test.
If your test is positive, you must complete the remainder of your 10-day self-isolation.
Anyone in your household must also complete self-isolation for 14 days from when you started having symptoms.
If your test is negative, other household members no longer need to self-isolate. After a negative test, if you feel well and no longer have symptoms similar to coronavirus, you can stop self-isolating (unless you have been contacted separately by NHS Test and Trace as a contact of someone who has tested positive).
